SINGAPORE - VISA REQUIREMENTS:
1)Application Form 14A duly completed and signed by the applicant without writing date (We will require details for the attached Questionnaire to complete the online 14A form for your signature)
2)Two recent passport-size photographs with white background, dark color dress up, photo should not be used in any previous visas or passport, without glass, teeth should not be visible (must share digital copy & hard copy in matte finish).
3)Original Passport - must have a validity of more than 6 months upon entry in Singapore.
4)Copy of the Passport, UAE residence visa page & Emirates ID
5)Flight reservation.
6)Hotel reservation.
7)Original SALARY CERTIFICATE or NOC with Salary.
8)Letter of Invitation(LOI) with Singapore resident ID copy for L2 Nationals only.
Note: We will submit the application on behalf of the applicant. Applicants must send the above documents to the nearest branch after signature.

MALAYSIA - VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR NON-INDIAN NATIONALS:
Documents required for E visa:
1. Passport with minimum validity of 6 months.
2. Valid UAE Residence visa and Emirates ID.
2. Recent Photograph with white background.
3. Tickets (Musafir will assist).
4. Hotel Voucher (Musafir will assist)..
5. NOC from Sponsor/Employer/Family.
6. Last 3 months updated Bank statements (e-statement is fine).
7. Birth Cert for child (age below 12 years).
Please note : All documents in color scan format are acceptable.
Note: EVisa is eligible for certain Nationalities only, such as Indian, Pakistani, Bangladesh. Please advise the Nationality to assist further.
Processing time - 3-5 working days
*Refunds will be based on how many days prior to your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice, with the charges increasing closer to your departure date. Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the holiday amount is non refundable + Full cancellation for non refundable tickets. 44 and 31 days of departure: 45% of the holiday cost. 30 and 15 days of departure: 60% of the holiday cost .14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost. 10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

The itinerary is subject to change/swap without any prior notice.The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a roll away. There will not be any refund for any unutilised service or sightseeing. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel. Any meals and services, unless mentioned in the itinerary, are not included. You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa.
*Please note: Passports should be valid at least 06 months beyond the period of stay .It is the duty of the client to check passport requirements for travel .Missed or delayed flights can lead to changes in itinerary and will be at the client’s expense should the case arise .Check In to the hotel is always 14:00/15:00 hours & Check Out is always 11:00/ 12:00 Hours. Early Check in and late checkout is subject to availability
