Arrival - Colombo
Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport and reach Colombo by road. Check-in to your hotel and freshen up. The rest of the day is for you to either relax or explore the city on your own; some historical landmarks include Sri Kailawasanathan Swami Devasthana Kovil or the National Museum. Return to hotel.

Colombo city tour
After a scrumptious breakfast, we take you for your Colombo city tour; we explore the city, both its buzzing commercial areas, and serene destinations such as the Cinnamon Gardens. Visit Fort, the former British administrative centre and military garrison, Sea Street- the Goldsmiths' quarters in the heart of Pettah, the Bazaar area, and the Dutch Church of Wolfendhal. Later, visit the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall, Replica of Aukana Buddha Statue, and the Independence Square. Return to hotel. |

Day at leisure
Enjoy a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel and the rest of the day is for you to spend at your own leisure. You could either opt for a therapeutic Ayurveda treatment at a certified spa centre or you could opt to visit popular destinations such as the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage or the waterfalls at Nuwara Eliya. The Pinnawala Elephant Sanctuary is located approximately 55 miles from Colombo; watch the caretakers feed, bathe and play with the elephants at the orphanage. |

Departure
Check-out from your hotel early in the morning and transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport from Colombo. Return home with lovely memories of your holiday. |

Cancellation policy
*In the event of a cancellation, 10% of the holiday amount is non-refundable. Refunds will be based on how many days prior to your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice, with the charges increasing closer to your departure date. If the cancellation is received prior to 45 days or more of departure, full price of the non-refundable tickets will be deducted; 44 - 31 days prior to departure, 25% of the total amount will be deducted; if the holiday is cancelled 30 - 15 days prior to departure 50% of the total amount will be deducted; if the trip is cancelled 14 - 10 days prior to departure, 75% of the total amount will be deducted; and if the trip is cancelled 10 days prior to departure, 100% of the total amount will be deducted. In case of any non-refundable tickets, the entire amount of the ticket will be deducted.
