Day1

ARRIVAL - PINNAWELA ELEPHANT ORPHANAGE
Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport and transfer to Kandy. En route to Kandy, visit the popular Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage. Watch the caretakers feed, bathe and play with the elephants. This breeding ground for wild Asian elephants opened in 1975 to house the abandoned and the wounded elephants and today, has the world's largest herd of captive elephants. Continue your journey to Kandy. Visit the Royal Botanical Gardens, the Peradeniya University campus and catch a panoramic view of the picturesque town from Upper Lake Drive. In the evening, enjoy the Kandyan Dance performance and be treated to a spectacular fire walking finale. Later, proceed to Kandy. Check-in to the hotel and relax.

KANDY - SIGIRIYA - DAMBULLA - KANDY
Have a hearty breakfast. Proceed to visit Sigiriya Rock Fortress. It is the country’s most memorable single attraction, a remarkable archaeological site made unforgettable by its dramatic setting. Visit the world-renowned frescoes of the 'Heavenly Maidens' of Sigiriya, which are in a sheltered pocket of the rock, approached by a spiral stairway. Next, visit the Dambulla Cave Temple. The stupa was built in the 5th century AD and the caves contain precious paintings and innumerable Buddha sculptures. The paintings depict the temptation of the Buddha by the demon Mara and the First Sermon of the Buddha. Return to the hotel.

KANDY - COLOMBO
After breakfast, check-out of the hotel. Transfer to Colombo. It is a busy and vibrant city with a mixture of modern life and remnants of the bygone colonial era. Proceed on a half-day city tour of Colombo. Visit the popular places such as Fort District, the colourful Pettah bazaar, Cinnamon Gardens, Galle Face Green, and Viharamahadevi Park. After the tour, transfer to your hotel and check-in. The evening is for you to spend at leisure.

DEPARTURE
Check-out of your hotel early in the morning. Transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo. Return home with exciting memories of your holiday.

Cancellation policy
*In the event of a cancellation, 10% of the holiday amount is non-refundable. Refunds will be based on how many days prior to your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice, with the charges increasing closer to your departure date. If the cancellation is received prior to 45 days or more of departure, full price of the non-refundable tickets will be deducted; 44 - 31 days prior to departure, 25% of the total amount will be deducted; if the holiday is cancelled 30 - 15 days prior to departure 50% of the total amount will be deducted; if the trip is cancelled 14 - 10 days prior to departure, 75% of the total amount will be deducted; and if the trip is cancelled 10 days prior to departure, 100% of the total amount will be deducted. In case of any non-refundable tickets, the entire amount of the ticket will be deducted.
