*All sea trips and tour activities are subject to weather and sea conditions. It is mandatory that all guests should carry their passport or valid UAE identification for all sea trips and activities. Life jackets and safety equipments are available. Use of life jackets are mandatory as per the regulations from the coast guard. Guests have to take care of their children and their personal belongings. Non-swimmers are advised not to go for swimming to avoid injury. Children aged below 3 years of age are not allowed for the trip. The trip is subject to availability. Additional options are available upon request. Prices are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice. Terms apply. Transportation can be provided with extra charges applicable as per above. Please arrive 20-30 mins prior to your scheduled timing. All bookings should be made 2 days in advance. Swimming is permitted during daylight hours only. All pick & drop will be from Dubai/Sharjah, and is subject to availability. Pick up from other parts of UAE is available at an extra charge. There will not be any refund for any unutilised service or sightseeing. Operating hours are from 09.00 am to 05.00 pm.
Cancellation policy
*For cancellations made before 7 days , full refund will be given. For cancellations made within 7 days, no refund will be given. Amendment can be done before 7 days. If amendment is made within 7 days, no refund.
