In this trip our guide will take you to the most likely spots in the Rovaniemi area to see the Auroras or the Northern Lights. Before the trip, our professional guide will scan conditions to make the ultimate decision on the highest probable area to spot the elusive Auroras. Luck is an unfortunate factor with this unpredictable natural phenomenon, but with our professional experiences we provide you with the highest possibility to hunt for them. Expect a campfire to be started from our guide, where sausages will be grilled and hot berry juices to drink to make the Lappish experience searching for the Auroras as delightful as possible. This trip might be the closest distance between you and the Auroras in the Rovaniemi area! Keep in mind that the

Experience ice fishing in the peaceful nature of Lapland only 20 mins away from the city. Expect only to hear the voice of nature there. Your guide will introduce and instruct you on all the know-hows of ice fishing, including how to properly use the special tools and equipment such as the ice drill. After the instructions you may begin your ice fishing excavation to try your luck. While you enjoy your ice fishing, your guide will prepare an open fire to BBQ some Lappish sausages. We may also grill the fishes of those who have caught one.

Feel the arctic freedom on the deck or relax in the warm indoors sipping hot beverages in the Icebreaker Bar. Before returning to the port, the ship will make a one-hour stop to enable each visitor to participate in the ice floating event, comfortably dressed in survival suits. The crew gives a presentation of the ship, you can wander around the vessel and get to know all the nooks and crannies all the way from the Captain's bridge to the engine Rooms. Northern Lights hunting by snowmobile (SIC, 4 hours, 2 pax/snowmobile) – 585AED /adult, 310 AED /child 4-14yrs
Snowmobile into the heart of a frozen Lake Vikajärvi as a perfect spot to stargaze and search for Ms. Aurora Borealis. After important safety instructions by your guide, the snowmobile will begin from the forest into the heart of the lake.
Experience the vast openness and space of the frozen lake as an awesome spot to
gaze towards the night sky. See all the sparkling stars and expect gasps of delight if Ms. Aurora Borealis decides to pay you a lucky visit. Tripods for great picture taking in the dark are also available upon request. Northern Lights is an unpredictable natural phenomenon, our professionals will have higher chances of seeing it.
Note: Children under 140cm are travelling in the sledge pulled by the guide’s snowmobile. Children over 140cm could sit in the back of the snowmobile as passengers with full adult payment.
