    Day1

    Arrival- Kochi

    Arrive at the Cochin International Airport. Transfer to your hotel and check-in. An enticing tourist destination, Kochi is rich in historic sites, grandiose architecture, and delectable cuisine. Explore the city on your own before trying out some of those tasty local dishes for dinner.

    Day2

    Kochi City Tour

    Enjoy a sumptuous breakfast and check-out of the hotel. Embark on the sightseeing tour of Kochi which includes a visit to the historical Dutch Palace or the Mattancherry Palace, a Portuguese palace which was gifted to the king of Cochin in 1555 featuring Kerala murals. After that, drive past the famous Chinese Fishing Nets, fixed land installations for fishing, of Kochi. Later, drive to the breathtaking hill station, Munnar- erstwhile South Indian summer resort of the British Government. Munnar is bestowed with sprawling tea plantations and ample scenic beauty, making it still a popular destination in Kerala. On arrival to Munnar, check-in at your hotel and spend the evening at your own leisure, sipping some rich and aromatic cardamom tea.

    Day3

    City Tour of Munnar

    After a delicious breakfast, be off to a half day city tour of Munnar. The trip includes a stop at the popular Kanan Devan Tea Museum in the Nallathanni Estate of Tata Tea; get a glimpse into the genesis and all the growth phases of tea plantation and culture. Next, we take you to Mattupetty where you can opt for a boat ride in one of its many beautiful lakes. Later on, you get to visit Kundala tea plantations and the Kundala Lake; the mesmerising blue lake is one of the most photographed areas of Kundala. At the tea plantation, take a stroll through the gardens to imbibe in the fresh mountain breeze and attend sessions of the tea making process, right from tea leaf plucking to the processing. Return to hotel.

    Day4

    Arrival- Thekkady

    Have a delectable breakfast and check-out from your hotel. The next stop is at a tourist's dream destination, Thekkady; sublime hills, rich biodiversity and spice plantations are just a few of the entities which describe Thekkady. It is also famous for its Periyar wildlife sanctuary- the largest in India. On arrival to Thekkady, check-in to the hotel and freshen up before your trip to the spice plantation. At the spice plantation, apart from exploring the richness of the park, you can opt for an elephant ride. Return to hotel.

    Day5

    Arrival- Kumarakom

    After a scrumptious breakfast, check-out from your hotel and gear up for your journey to Kumarakom. Kumarakom is an enchanting peninsula set in the backdrop of the picturesque Vembanad Lake, the longest lake in India. This is also considered as the largest lake in India and is dotted with innumerable house boats. The fresh water of the lake flows into the mainland, making a labyrinth of lagoons, canals, and waterways; the prestigious Nehru Trophy Boat Race is conducted in a portion of this lake. On arrival, check-in to the hotel and spend some time on your own around the area before retiring for the night.

    Day6

    Optional activity- Ayurveda therapy

    Savour a lip smacking breakfast and spend the day recuperating. We recommend you to opt for traditional Ayurvedic therapy  and spa treatments to revitalize. Alternatively, you could explore the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary which is home to many different species of birds, including cuckoos and Siberian storks. 

    Day7

    Arrive in Kovalam

    After a hearty breakfast, check-out of the hotel and continue your journey to Kovalam, a coastal town famed for its palm-fringed beaches and rejuvenating centres. Kovalam is popular for its long coastline, formed by three beautiful beaches of Lighthouse, Hawah, and Samudra. Arrive and check in to your hotel. Spend your day at leisure or exploring the beaches and lighthouses on your own.

    Day8

    City tour to Trivandrum

    After a hearty breakfast, set off on a half day city tour to Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram), the capital city of Kerala. The city is unique due to its many art galleries and the British colonial architecture. Visit the Napier Museum that stands as an art and history treasury. Next, take a cruise and visit local markets to soak in the ambience of the city. Spend your evening at leisure and try our the local delicacies there.

    Day9

    Departure

    After a hearty breakfast, check out of your hotel and transfer to the airport. Board your flight to return home with colourful memories of your trip. Bon voyage!

    Cancellation policy

    * In the event of a cancellation 10% of the booking amount is non refundable. Refunds will be based on how many days prior to your booked departure, we receive your cancellation notice, with the charges increasing closer to your departure date. If the cancellation is received 45 - 30 days prior to departure 25% of the total amount will be deducted, if the holiday is cancelled 30 - 15 days prior to departure 40% of the total amount will be deducted, and if the trip is cancelled 0 - 15 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
